My dream was always to work in mental health, and I completed my degree in Psychology in 2008. I then went on to complete my diploma to become a qualified & registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I worked on a voluntary basis for a few years to gain experience before setting up my private practice part time

After the sudden loss of my Fiancé, Matt, in June 2018 – I was lost. I needed something to distract me from my grief, I needed something positive and exciting back in my life and that is how The Goodness Guide (Mindset & Confidence Coaching) was born!

During this time, I completely lost my confidence. After being with someone for 17 years I had to face this new world alone – I was terrified, completely down on myself & crippled with anxiety about everything

I had a choice – let this ruin the rest of my life OR try to pick myself up again & carry on

I spent months researching & working on my own personal mindset & confidence & over time the anxiety started to fade

The Goodness Guide is not just what anyone can read in a textbook

This is real life; I HAVE LIVED IT!

 I continue to live it & I continue to grow

 I am not perfect, I am work-in-progress, as we all are  

But… I found that confidence within myself to create a life I wanted for myself

Quitting my full-time job to focus on what I love to do, which is helping women, like you, to have the confidence to DO WHAT YOU LOVE, be who YOU WANT TO BE, & live the life YOU WANT TO LIVE
