Stress. We have all experienced it at varying levels at some point. We have all felt overwhelmed, had too much on, given too much of ourselves to people and responsibilities. We often keep going and going and going until we crack under the pressure of life – we burn out!
We can start to feel that we don’t have enough time to get anything that we need to do, done, let alone any time for anything fun and enjoyable. We have an endless list of tasks but feel we are never going to be able to tick any of them off. We talk ourselves into such a negative state of mind that we then have even less motivation and resources to get even the simplest of tasks completed to lessen some of the burden.
This course is designed to help you identify what is causing your stress and looks at the physical and mental effects it may be having on you. I want to show you a few simple steps you can take to create more calm within your mind and your life and hopefully begin to live with as little tension as possible.
